Not satisfied with your purchase or received a damaged item?

If your product is damaged, incorrectly delivered, or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

1. Returns accepted

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Returned items must be in new condition only.

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Exchanges

  • Yes, we accept exchanges.
    Please contact us to arrange the exchange process.

3. Return procedure

  • To initiate a return, please contact us by email and state the reason for the return. If applicable, include photos of the item.

  • We will send you a return label to download and print.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipment.

4. Return costs

  • There are no handling fees.

  • However, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

5. Refund processing

  • Refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive the returned item.
